Nicholas Pasmore is a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor with a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and effective student development. With nearly six hundred hours of total flight time, he has experience in a range of single and multi engine aircraft including the Piper Cherokee, Cessna 172, Piper Seminole, and several others. His background gives him a solid grasp of aircraft operations and instructional technique that he brings to every training session.

He holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, Multi Engine rating, CFI certificate, and a First Class FAA Medical. As a Flight Instructor at Prop Spinners Aviation, Nicholas provides ground instruction, simulator training, and in aircraft lessons, focusing on precision, situational awareness, and a clear understanding of regulations. His goal is to help each student grow in confidence and capability while building strong foundational skills.

Before committing to aviation full time, Nicholas spent more than ten years in hospitality, progressing from host to assistant manager and training coordinator at Carrabba’s. He developed training programs, guided new team members, and managed daily operations, which strengthened his communication skills, leadership style, and mentoring approach.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from the University of South Florida, where he graduated with a 3.7 GPA. He blends his management experience, teaching background, and love of aviation to create a supportive, professional learning environment for every student he works with.
